The KW Habilitation Farm - Supporting Folks with Food Insecurity For the past 12 years the KW Habilitation Farm has been growing fresh organic produce for the community at KW Habilitation. In 2025 they grew $60,000.00 worth of produce to help supply their folks with nutritious veggies to their menus. Each week a large donation goes to their affordable housing apartment building 20+ apartments, House of Friendship and 3-4 times yearly to Soup Sisters.
