The winner of the 2021 Kitchener Rotary Car Lottery was drawn on Saturday November 27th at KidsAbility in Waterloo.
The lucky winner of the 2022 Audi Q5 SUV is James Whitehead from London, Ontario.
The other “winner” is KidsAbility who will be the recipient of the net proceeds from the lottery.
This year, for the first time ever, the car draw was conducted online. The selection of the winner was also completed online and KidsAbility alumnus Greyson was there to push the button together with Steve Wallace, Lottery Advisor from the Wasaga Beach Rotary Club, to pick the winning ticket.
Lottery Chair, Dave Chatson and President Adrian DeCoo, celebrated the completion of the lottery together with Greyson and Linda Kenny, CEO of KidsAbility and Lisa Talbot, Executive Director of the KidsAbility Foundation.
