Our goal is to communicate with you in a way that adapts to your needs. Most communications are via email and we suggest that you create a new Gmail account to keep your Rotary emails separate from work and home. An example would be JSmith.Rotary@gmail.com.

The Member Area of our website is often called ClubRunner and requires a user name and password - you will receive this after your induction into Rotary. We encourage you to go to your ClubRunner profile and add your photo, update your information and manage your communication preferences under the Privacy tab where you can opt in/out to Club, District and Rotary International email distribution lists.
Lastly we encourage you to subscribe to the club's calendar so that meetings and events are listed in your calendar for easy access. Instructions can be found on our website in the Event Calendar under the Calendar View-Subscribe to Calendar https://kitchenerrotary.ca/Events/Calendar
