Club Meeting - Future of Cities

The Future of Cities

As part of our ongoing Speaker Series - Social Impact & Culture, Dr. Markus Moos, a Professor and a Registered Professional Planner in the School of Planning at the University of Waterloo will be our guest speaker on October 16 and make a presentation on The Future of Cities.  Be sure to join us for this interesting and informative session.

NB! Pre-Registration and meal selection is required! - New menu options!

Our meeting will be held at the Charcoal Restaurant.  We will have a fully private room with lunch served at a cost of $32.00 with tax and gratuity included which is to be paid in advance as part of registering for the event.  Doors open at 11:30 and lunch will be served at 12:00 noon.  

Lunch includes coffee or tea as well as one of the following main entrée options.  Indicate your meal selection and any dietary restrictions in the comment box on the registration confirmation screen.

ROASTED BEEF DIP slow roasted, shaved beef, garlic butter, caramelized onions, blend of cheeses, horseradish aioli, toasted baguette, cabernet jus, and, served with fries

CHICKEN CAESAR SALAD grilled marinated chicken breast, romaine, radicchio, bacon, grana padano, croutons, lemon, with house Caesar dressing.

VEGETARIAN PAD THAI stir-fried vegetables, fried egg, bean sprouts, spiced peanuts, rice noodles, scallions, cilantro, with sweet + sour peanut sauce.

GRILLED CHICKEN THRIVE BOWL super seed crusted chicken breast, lemon quinoa, power greens, chickpeas, watermelon radish, cucumber, edamame, goji berries, with garden goddess dressing.

CREOLE CHICKEN NAAN'WICH blackened seared chicken served in a garlic toasted buttered naan bread with cabbage, spicy roasted vegetable aioli, and, onion crisps with fries.

Deadline for registering is Wednesday, October 11.
